Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy assistance to patients in a home health setting.
• Manage a caseload of 4-5 patients per day, delivering personalized care.
• Document patient assessments and progress using provided documentation tools.
• Ensure timely communication and compliance with all documentation standards.
• Travel within territory to visit patients, minimizing drive time through efficient routing.
• Adhere to all safety and compliance guidelines, including BLS certification.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of recent skilled PTA experience within the last 3 years (no inpatient experience).
• Valid state license or compact license to practice in Washington.
• Current BLS certification.
• Own transportation and reliable means to travel within assigned territory.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a home health or outpatient setting.
• Ability to prioritize and manage a variable caseload.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
