Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to dialysis patients in outpatient and inpatient settings.
- Support multiple units within a 40-minute radius, including UVMMC Acute Burlington, Berlin, and Joy Drive locations.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care and safety.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC electronic health records from the past two years.
- Support float needs across various dialysis units as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license on file at time of submission.
- AHA BLS certification.
- CCHT certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
- Strong skills in outpatient and inpatient dialysis settings.
- Reliable transportation with all-season or snow tires during winter months.
- Ability to work 8/10/12-hour day/evening shifts as needed.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience preferred.
- EPIC electronic health record experience within the past two years.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.
- Experience in settings with diverse patient populations.
