Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a busy ER setting.

• Monitor and assess patient conditions, prioritize treatments, and administer medications.

• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver quality patient care.

• Manage trauma, behavioral health, and cardiac monitor patients within a multidisciplinary environment.

• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and state licensing requirements.

• Document patient information accurately and efficiently.

Required Qualifications

• Hawaii state nursing license (must be obtained prior to start date).

• Proven experience as an ER nurse or in emergency healthcare settings.

• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Basic life support (BLS) certification.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with trauma, behavioral health, or cardiac monitoring.

• Familiarity with high-volume emergency departments.

• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
