Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown
Location: Corvallis, OR
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, night shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to acutely ill, moderately stable patients in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
• Monitor patients using advanced assessment and monitoring tools, responding to changes in patient condition promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and healthcare protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient status, interventions, and responses accurately within electronic health records.

Required Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification.
• GSR PCU 2S: AHA ACLS certification and NIHSS exam required.
• Basic EKG interpretation skills preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent, as verification is required per CAP guidelines.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a PCU, stepdown, or intermediate care setting.
• Knowledge of advanced monitoring and assessment techniques.
