Job Title: Sterile Processing Technician

Location: Glenwood Springs, CO

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean, wrap, sterilize, and maintain inventory of surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies.
• Ensure proper sterilization procedures are followed for surgical and departmental use.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with supply management.
• Support other department functions as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to infection control standards and safety protocols.

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of sterile processing experience.
• Certification as a CSPDT (Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician) or CRCST (Certified Registered Central Service Technician).

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working in a hospital or clinical environment.
• Knowledge of surgical instruments and sterilization equipment.
• Ability to work rotating weekend and holiday calls.
• Flexibility to work from 2:30 PM to 8:00 AM, Monday through Thursday.
