Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatment planning for patients.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy programs to improve patient function and independence.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and family members on therapy techniques and home programs.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license or registration.
• Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as an OT.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic modalities and patient care standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Familiarity with documentation and electronic health records.
