Therapist - Respiratory Therapist
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, contract, days shift, 13-week assignment, travel-required, rotating weekends and holidays, on-call as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide cardiopulmonary diagnostic testing and respiratory therapeutic support to patients in hospital and outpatient settings.
• Administer respiratory treatments and ventilatory support as prescribed.
• Float between departments and locations within a 20-mile radius, supporting both immediate and alternate sites, including emergency and outpatient services.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient care meets clinical standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all procedures and treatments.
• Participate in on-call rotations, weekends, and holiday coverage.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED, with completed accreditation in respiratory care from a CoARC-approved program.
• Valid New Mexico Respiratory Care Practitioner License.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications through American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or equivalent.
• NRP certification.
• Minimum of two years' current experience in a specialty setting.
• At least one previous 13-week travel assignment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adaptable, and team-oriented.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• EPIC electronic health record system experience (training available on-site).
• Flexibility to support floating within the facility and travel to alternate locations.
