Registered Nurse Telemetry
Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Travel, Night shifts, 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to telemetry patients in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Monitor patient heart rhythms and utilize telemetry equipment to ensure patient safety.
- Perform procedures such as Foley catheter insertions and IV starts.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation using electronic medical records (EMR).
- Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and dress code requirements (navy scrubs).
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license.
- ACLS certification.
- NIH Stroke Scale certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience.
- Experience working with telemetry patients.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior neuro or neuro ICU experience.
- Familiarity with standard med-surg equipment and procedures.
- Outgoing and self-motivated personality to thrive in fast-paced settings.
