Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, night shifts, 3x12s or 4x12s, guaranteed 36-48 hours per week, on-site

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care for acuity adaptable unit patients ranging from MS level to ICU/stepdown care.
• Manage patients with diagnoses such as COPD, PNA, Sepsis, UTI, and CHF.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure appropriate patient monitoring and safety.
• Utilize Cerner charting system to document patient care accurately.
• Float within scope as needed to meet facility requirements.
• Work scheduled holidays per unit policy, with potential for block scheduling.

Required Qualifications

• Active nursing license in Indiana (or willingness to obtain a temporary/in-state license prior to start)
• Minimum 1.5 years of recent experience in PCU, IMC, or stepdown units (2 years preferred)
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Willingness to work charge position with additional pay bump
• Able to work night shifts and accommodate holiday scheduling

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with telemetry and cardiac telemetry patients
• Prior float experience within hospital scope
• Ability to adapt to acuity changes and patient needs
