Job Title

Key Responsibilities
• Provide respiratory therapy services primarily in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) with Level 3 or 4 experience.
• Float between NICU and adult critical care units as needed, demonstrating flexibility across departments.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver specialized respiratory care tailored to neonatal and adult ICU patients.
• Follow established protocols to ensure patient safety and optimal recovery outcomes.
• Utilize RRT or CRTA credentials to perform clinical duties in a fast-paced, critical care environment.
• Support patient care during scheduled shifts, including every other weekend per collective bargaining agreement.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Respiratory Therapist licensure (RRT or CRTA)
• Experience in NICU Level 3 or 4 settings
• Experience in Neuro Trauma ICU or adult critical care units
• Ability to work day shift hours (6:30 AM – 7:00 PM)
• Flexibility to float between units and handle variable patient care needs

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Strong critical care background in both neonatal and adult ICU environments
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving healthcare setting
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
