Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Intermediate Care Unit, Progressive Care Unit, and Stepdown units
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, and respond promptly to changes
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse license in accordance with state nursing board
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting
- Experience in Level I Trauma Centers preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of ICU/PCU/Stepdown patient care protocols
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in large hospital settings
- Trauma care experience
- Flexibility to work various shifts or on-call as needed
