Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Schedule / Job Type
Days, Full-time, 3x12s shift (7 a.m. - 7 p.m.), weekends every other week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER setting
- Collaborate with medical team to assess, plan, and implement patient treatment
- Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and assist with procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation using Epic charting system
- Ensure patient safety and comfort while adhering to hospital protocols
- Float within scope to meet facility needs and support other units when required
Required Qualifications
- Valid South Carolina nursing license or Compact license in hand prior to start
- Minimum of 2 years ER nursing experience
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALs (must be current)
- Willingness to work every other weekend and float as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills
- TNCC certification (preferred but not required)
- Ability to work a block schedule and adapt to facility needs
- Experience working in a short-term acute care hospital
