- Full-time, Night shift, 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients on a 12-bed Medical Surgical unit.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to monitor, assess, and document patient conditions.
- Assist with patient treatments, medications, and therapies as prescribed.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols.
- Support patients' recovery and comfort during their stay, including intensive therapy as needed.
- Participate in holiday rotations, working two major holidays and one minor holiday per scheduled requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a Medical Surgical setting.
- Current BLS certification.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a 12-bed inpatient unit.
- Ability to work night shifts and handle high-acuity patients.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
