Key Responsibilities
- Assess and develop personalized treatment plans for patients requiring physical therapy.
- Administer therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
- Educate patients and their families on therapy exercises and injury prevention.
- Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Clinical experience in a healthcare or outpatient setting.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working with diverse patient populations.
- Knowledge of current best practices in physical therapy.
