Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients requiring occupational therapy.
• Assess patients' needs and monitor progress to improve daily living skills and functional independence.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and adaptive strategies.

Required Qualifications
• Valid license or certification as an Occupational Therapist.
• Proven experience in providing occupational therapy services.
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Knowledge of current occupational therapy techniques and best practices.
