Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical physical therapy services to patients in a dedicated setting.
• Complete documentation accurately and promptly, with some documentation to be finalized directly with ATI outside of the typical clearance process.
• Follow facility protocols for patient treatment and care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Adhere to licensing and equipment policies during each shift.
• Work scheduled days with weekly billing cycles and a 30-day notice for schedule changes.

Required Qualifications

• Active state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in a setting requiring patient evaluation and treatment.
• Equipment will be provided during interview.
• Must meet credentialing requirements, including contract QA.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a clinical setting.
• Familiarity with documentation requirements for ATI assignments.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
