Key Responsibilities

• Assist surgical teams in the operating room during various procedures.
• Prepare operating rooms with necessary instruments and supplies for surgeries.
• Maintain sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols.
• Support surgeons during procedures such as robotic surgeries, orthopedics, spine, podiatry, and endoscopy.
• Manage and arrange surgical equipment and supplies efficiently.
• Assist with post-operative cleanup and equipment sterilization.

Required Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) through NBSTSA.
• Experience in the operating room environment.
• Ability to assist with robotic surgeries, orthopedics, spine, podiatry, and endoscopy procedures.
• Strong knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical protocols.
• Flexibility to work on-call approximately 10-15 days per month.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Hands-on experience with robotic surgeries and advanced instrumentation.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures and support during complex surgeries.
