Key Responsibilities
- Perform ultrasound procedures under supervision of radiologists or physicians in outpatient and hospital settings.
- Conduct breast ultrasound exams for diagnostic purposes following established protocols.
- Ensure accurate imaging for disease and injury diagnosis.
- Maintain equipment and adhere to safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to facilitate patient care and imaging processes.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Certified in one or more of the following:
- ARRT-BS in Breast Sonography
- ARRT-S in Sonography
- MSK (Musculoskeletal Sonography)
- RDMS-AB (Abdomen)
- RDMS-BR (Breast)
- RDMS-OB (Obstetrics/Gynecology)
- Registered Vascular Sonographer (RVS) or Vascular Tech (RVT)
- Active credentialing through ARDMS, ARRT, or CCI.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Breast ultrasound experience.
- Prior work in outpatient or hospital imaging environments.
