Therapist - Respiratory Therapist

Schedule / Job Type
Full-time, Night shifts, 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, rotating weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services including ventilator management, airway management, and patient assessments in a critical care setting
- Assist with advanced procedures such as percutaneous trach and bronchoscopy
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic medical records (EPIC)
- Participate in weekend rotations and on-call as needed
Required Qualifications
- Valid Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in an ICU or similar setting
- Ability to work night shifts and weekend rotations
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a short-term acute care hospital
- Familiarity with EPIC charting system
- Experience with ICU procedures and complex respiratory cases
