Job Title

• Contract, Day shifts, 13-week assignment

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with cardiac and vascular diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cath lab and electrophysiology lab.
• Operate and monitor cardiac stimulators (Bloom), MacLab recorder, and other specialized equipment.
• Support EP procedures, including device implantations and arrhythmia diagnostics.
• Ensure proper documentation using Meditech and MacLab systems.
• Maintain sterile technique and assist with procedural setups and patient preparation.
• Adhere to unit-specific policies, including floating protocols and dress code requirements.

Required Qualifications
• Active Texas RN license or equivalent (temporary licenses not accepted).
• Minimum of 2 years hospital experience, with experience in cath labs or EP labs preferred.
• BLS certification.
• Ability to operate cardiac stimulators and MacLab systems.
• Scrub assist skills during cardiac and EP diagnostic and interventional procedures.
• Knowledge of Meditech documentation system.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• EP scrub experience and familiarity with cardiac device implantations.
• Vascular (peripheral) diagnostic and interventional procedures.
• Experience with Meditech preferred.
• RCIS or RCES certification.
