Key Responsibilities
- Provide preoperative nursing care to patients in the Pre-Operative (PreOp) department.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient readiness and safety.
- Administer medications and monitor patient vitals before procedures.
- Document patient assessments and care plans accurately.
- Assist in patient education and preparation for surgical procedures.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a PreOp or similar surgical specialty.
- Valid BLS certification.
- ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications.
- Ability to work scheduled shifts from 5:30 am to 2:00 pm.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a hospital's surgical or preoperative department.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
