- Full-time, Night shift, rotating weekends, travel/float nurse
Key Responsibilities
- Provide labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care in a busy maternity unit.
- Manage approximately 80+ deliveries per month to support expected growth.
- Deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care for mothers and newborns across various stages.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and compassionate care.
- Assist with OR, PACU, and couplet care, caring for babies 32 weeks and up.
- Participate in call rotations, typically one 12-hour shift every 6 weeks.
Required Qualifications
- Current Colorado RN license or compact license to practice in Colorado.
- AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
- STABLE certification.
- Flu vaccine verified or willingness to obtain by 10/31/2025.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior labor and delivery nursing experience with a focus on evidence-based practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to staffing demands and scheduling rotations.
