Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in a Level I Trauma Center specializing in medical-surgical care.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient information accurately using electronic charting systems.
- Adhere to hospital protocols and safety procedures during all shifts.
- Contribute to maintaining a high standard of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support patient education and family communication as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact State.
- ACLS and BLS certifications.
- Experience working in a trauma or acute care setting preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Trauma experience is a plus.
- Comfort with floating within scope to meet facility needs.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with weekend shifts.

Additional Details
- Shifts are 3x12 nights, with four weekend shifts required every four weeks.
- No call requirement; holiday and extended time-off requests are subject to approval.
- Open to first-time travelers.
- Locals within 60 miles accepted; local candidates enjoy a 10% pay differential.
- Parking provided at a designated garage with a small registration fee.
- During hurricane season (June-November), staff may be assigned to emergency response duties.
- Guaranteed hours with minimal disruptions, with one shift cancellation every two weeks permitted.
