Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients during night shifts
• Monitor patient status, administer medications, and update care plans according to protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records
• Assist with patient education and discharge planning as needed
• Adhere to all hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards
Required Qualifications
• Valid RN license for South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact license
• Current ACLS and BLS certification
• Experience in medical-surgical or related acute care setting
• Ability to work 3x12 night shifts including weekends
• Knowledge of EPIC electronic health record system
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Trauma care experience
• Prior experience in a Level I Trauma Center or teaching hospital
• Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs
• Experience working in a Magnet-designated hospital
