Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy assistance to patients in skilled nursing facilities (SNF).
- Support licensed therapists in implementing treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and response to therapy interventions.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and clean therapy environment.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA).
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working with diverse patient populations.
- familiarity with current occupational therapy practices and documentation requirements.
