Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in IMC, PCU, and Stepdown units following established nursing protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and responses, documenting findings accurately in the electronic health record.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies during night shifts.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and clinical standards.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of South Carolina.
- BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in an IMC, PCU, or Stepdown setting.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Familiarity with EPIC electronic charting system.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
