Key Responsibilities
• Circulate on cesarean section procedures, providing skilled perioperative support.
• Care for a high-risk obstetric (OB) patient population with diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Assist in the delivery process, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care during labor and delivery.
• Document clinical interventions accurately in electronic health records.
• Adapt to unit needs, including floating between similar units as required.

Required Qualifications
• Valid California RN license.
• Recent experience in Labor and Delivery or high-risk OB.
• Certifications in BLS and ACLS; NRP preferred.
• Ability to work nights consistently.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient advocacy skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience circulating on cesarean sections.
• Experience caring for culturally diverse patient populations.
• Flexibility to accommodate occasional block scheduling.
