Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, travel
- Days shift, 3-4 days per week, including weekend rotation, with 1-2 days of on-call per week
- Must be willing to float between hospitals within the market
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert dialysis nursing care to patients in a hospital setting
- Assist in patient assessments and develop care plans specific to dialysis treatments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Maintain proper documentation and compliance with healthcare regulations
- Adapt to different hospital environments within the regional healthcare network
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of dialysis nursing experience
- Ability to work 3-4 shifts per week, including weekends and on-call duties
- Flexibility to float to multiple hospital locations as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred
- Knowledge of outpatient dialysis procedures and equipment
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
