Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to patients in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory and Electrophysiology (EP) lab.
- Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Monitor patient vitals and responses during procedures; document accurately.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Prepare and operate specialized medical equipment used in cardiac procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Hawaii Registered Nurse license prior to start date.
- Proven experience or knowledge in cardiac catheterization or EP procedures preferred.
- Ability to take frequent on-call shifts and work multiple consecutive weekends as needed.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a cardiac catheterization or electrophysiology lab.
- Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- Familiarity with cardiac monitoring equipment and sterile procedures.
