Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Day shift, 5 days a week (Thursday to Monday)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming with minimal supervision
- Coordinate and schedule tasks with other PCTs and facility staff to ensure quality care
- Participate in resident orientation and provide input for care plans
- Support the daily operations of a long-term care or assisted living facility
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience working with seniors in a healthcare setting
- Current Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification
- Reliable transportation and no scheduling restrictions
- Ability to work every weekend as required
- Experience with QuickMAR system preferred but not required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in geriatric or long-term care settings
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
