Job Title
• Registered Nurse - ICU

Location
• Dallas, TX

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Temporary, 13-week assignment
• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities
• Provide critical care to ICU patients, including assessments and ongoing monitoring.
• Titrate IV drips and manage ventilated patients, including bipap and ventilator support.
• Perform procedures such as dressing changes, trach care, and use of equipment like CRRT, A-line, and IV pumps.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and interventions accurately in the electronic medical record (Meditech).
• Assist with intake and patient management on an Oncology ICU unit.

Required Qualifications
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Valid RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience.
• Experience with titrating drips and managing ventilated patients.
• Strong clinical skills in critical care procedures.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with CRRT.
• Transplant ICU experience (Kidney, Pancreas, Liver).
• Compassionate personality with good rapport with physicians and teamwork skills.
