Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized neonatal intensive care to infants in the NICU setting.
- Monitor and assess neonatal patients’ conditions, administering treatments and medications as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient care activities accurately and in compliance with hospital procedures.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of neonatal patients during your shift.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide critical care when needed.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 1 year of NICU experience.
- Willingness to travel and work a 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM schedule.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a neonatal intensive care unit.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
