Registered Nurse ICU

Job Title
• Registered Nurse - ICU

• Bemidji, MN

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, 12-hour night shifts, on-site

Key Responsibilities
• Respond to code blue calls, cardiac monitoring, and ventilator management (Vents, Bipap, Artlines)
• Administer patient care in a 10-bed ICU setting with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2/3
• Float to other units such as Telemetry and Emergency Room as needed, including CCU assignments
• Operate equipment including Epic EMR system, Pyxis medication dispensing system, and relevant ICU tools
• Complete 12-24 hours of unit-specific orientation and training, with adjustments as necessary
• Badge in and out at the facility, wearing navy scrubs and adhering to hospital protocols

Required Qualifications
• Active Minnesota RN license
• Minimum of 3 years recent ICU experience
• Active AHA ACLS and BLS certifications
• Willingness to float to Tele, ER, and CCU units
• Experience with Epic EMR system or similar electronic medical record platforms

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous employment with Sanford Health within the last 6 months must be noted in submission
• Experience with ventilator management and cardiac monitoring
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced ICU environment

Candidates must reside within 80 miles of the facility as local candidates are preferred (client rates reduced by $8/hour).
