Key Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients.
• Administer therapies for cases including falls, orthopedic repairs, elective knee/hip replacements, CVA, and weakness.
• Manage caseloads involving evaluations, progress notes, discharges, and treatment plans for various patient populations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
• Document patient progress using electronic medical records (EMR) system.
• Support and participate in a friendly, team-oriented environment.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license.
• Experience working with adult and geriatric patient populations.
• Ability to evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neuro, and post-op needs.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR), preferably Net Health.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a rehabilitation or skilled nursing facility.
• Knowledge of fall prevention, orthopedics, and neuro therapy techniques.
• Flexibility to work a rolling schedule between 7 AM and 6 PM, Sunday through Saturday.
