Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients in a busy critical access hospital.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and ensure safety protocols are followed during night shifts.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergent situations with critical care expertise.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of Montana or applicable state licensing.
- Strong experience in medical-surgical and critical care nursing.
- ACLS and PALS certifications.
- Experience with Epic electronic health record system preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- ICU or Critical Care experience.
- Knowledge of hospital protocols and procedures for critical access facilities.
