Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive speech therapy assessments and interventions to patients of various age groups.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams and families to support patient progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and patient progress.
- Follow all clinical guidelines and stay updated on best practices in speech-language pathology.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Proven experience in delivering therapy services to diverse populations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with pediatric and/or adult populations.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Knowledge of current therapy techniques and assessment tools.
