Key Responsibilities
- Assess and develop treatment plans for patients requiring physical therapy services
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function
- Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care and injury prevention
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Required Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Current CPR certification
- Strong understanding of physical therapy techniques and protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a outpatient or rehabilitative setting
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Bilingual abilities a plus
