Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, 13-week travel assignment, Night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical and psychosocial nursing care to psychiatric inpatients and outpatients.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Act as an advocate for patient safety and ensure compliance with clinical standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote positive patient outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately using the facility’s electronic medical record system.
• Support patients through crisis intervention and psychoeducational support.

Required Qualifications

• Current Idaho Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS or BCLS) certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) or Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• At least 1 year of psychiatric or chemical dependency experience.
• Strong trauma-informed care skills and positive, autonomous personality.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure behavioral health environment.
