Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a clinical or residential setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor, evaluate, and document patient progress
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to all safety and compliance standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid state-issued physical therapist license
- Relevant educational background in physical therapy
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a residential or healthcare facility
- Knowledge of treatment modalities for diverse patient populations
