Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 13-week assignment, day shift (Tues-Fri, 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities
- Independently perform Nuclear Medicine procedures using proper techniques and administration of radiopharmaceuticals.
- Operate equipment, administer medications, and perform venipuncture within scope of licensure and certification.
- Coordinate patient flow and departmental activities, ensuring radiation safety practices are followed.
- Exercise professional judgment to maintain equipment in good working condition.
- May perform procedures in other imaging modalities based on departmental needs.
- May have on-call responsibilities as required.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Allied Health with a focus on Nuclear Medicine Technology.
- CPR certification.
- Nuclear Medicine registry (e.g., NMTCB or ARRT RT(R)).
- Ohio Department of Health licensure (pending OK).
- Minimum of one year of experience in Nuclear Medicine preferred.
- EPIC healthcare software experience is required.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a high-volume Nuclear Medicine department.
- Strong understanding of radiation safety protocols.
