Job Title
• Therapist - Occupational Therapist
Location
• Honolulu, HI
Schedule / Job Type
• Days, Part-time (minimum 20 hours per week guaranteed; additional hours possible during staff leave/vacation)
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct functional evaluations of patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF)
• Develop and implement individualized treatment programs focused on maximizing patients' physical and mental functioning
• Administer purposeful activities to support patients’ daily life tasks
• Perform additional duties as assigned, including providing services at designated facilities
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care and recovery
Required Qualifications
• Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Hawaii
• Proven experience in functional assessment and treatment planning
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in SNF or long-term care settings
• Ability to adapt treatment plans to diverse patient needs
