Key Responsibilities
- Perform general nursing duties in a Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Utilize equipment such as HealthLand EMR and OmniCell medication delivery systems.
- Deliver patient care with adherence to safety, privacy, and clinical protocols.
- Support unit operations, including patient assessments and medication administration.
- Complete required documentation accurately and timely in electronic health records.
- Participate in unit-specific training and orientation programs.
Required Qualifications
- Oregon RN license.
- BLS certification.
- Minimum of an ADN; BSN preferred.
- At least 2 years of nursing experience in a long-term care setting.
- Proficiency with HealthLand EMR and medication management systems.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with computerized charting and medication systems.
- Knowledge of long-term care procedures and resident care protocols.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment.
