Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to long-term care and skilled nursing facility residents.
- Administer medications and treatments utilizing electronic health records and medication delivery systems.
- Monitor patient conditions, document care, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
- Follow facility policies and procedures, ensuring safety and compliance.
- Participate in patient assessments and coordinate care plans.
- Support orientation and training of new staff members as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Oregon RN license.
- Current BLS certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
- ADN required; BSN preferred.
- Proficiency with HealthLand EMR and OmniCell medication systems.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
