Registered Nurse - ICU
Location: Mission Viejo, CA
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, night shifts, acute care hospital
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care to ICU patients, ensuring safety and compliance
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergencies efficiently
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Float between ICU and other units as needed, adhering to facility policies
• Document patient care accurately in electronic health records
• Support patients and families with compassionate communication and education
  Required Qualifications:
• Valid RN license in California
• ACLS and BCLS certifications
• Minimum of 1 year ICU nursing experience
• Ability to work night shifts and every other weekend
  Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Experience with Epic electronic charting system
• Previous experience in a hospital setting with float capabilities
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
