Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to telemetry patients, ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and other vital signs, documenting findings accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and patient needs
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a telemetry or cardiac unit
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with patient ratios of 5-6:1 in telemetry units
- Strong understanding of cardiac monitoring and intervention protocols
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
