Job Title
- X-ray/Radiology Technician
Location
- Maryville, TN
Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, night shift (5x8, 2300-0700), weekend coverage every other weekend
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, in accordance with physician orders
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures
- Maintain proper operation and safety of radiology equipment
- Adhere to all departmental protocols and regulatory requirements
- Document procedures accurately using electronic health records (EPIC) system
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Required Qualifications
- ARRT Certification in Radiography (R)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- At least one year of experience with EPIC electronic health record system
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working night shifts and weekend coverage
- Strong knowledge of radiation safety protocols
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
