Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct, patient-centered nursing care based on scientific nursing principles.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Administer and record prescribed medications via oral, subcutaneous, or IV routes, reporting adverse reactions as needed.
• Educate patients and their families about surgical procedures, post-treatment care, and symptom management.
• Monitor vital signs, operate and interpret medical equipment, and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Assist with dressing changes, catheter insertions, starting IVs, and other bedside care.
• Respond to emergency situations following nursing protocols to ensure patient safety.
• Participate in discharge planning and patient education initiatives.
• Document all patient care activities accurately and promptly.
• Support various duties as assigned, depending on the clinical setting.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Wyoming RN license (or multi-state RN license).
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications through the American Heart Association.
• Minimum 2 years recent Medical-Surgical RN experience in a hospital setting.
• Ability to float between facilities based on census needs.
• Must be able to start within 2 weeks of an offer.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience caring for pediatric or adolescent patients (occasional care).
• Strong time management and clinical assessment skills.
