Full-time, day shifts, Monday through Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Provide home health physical therapy services to adult patients.
- Conduct approximately six patient visits per day, delivering clinical care in patients' homes.
- Start in Rockville for the first two weeks, then transition to Prince Georges County for the duration of the assignment.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Maryland PT State license
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Willingness to serve adult patients in a home health setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous home health experience preferred but not required
- Ability to adapt to a block schedule working Monday through Friday
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
