Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed Occupational Therapists in implementing treatment plans for clients.
• Provide direct patient care to support rehabilitation goals.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the therapy team.
• Support the delivery of therapy services in accordance with established procedures.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and compassionate environment for patients.
Required Qualifications
• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license or certification.
• Prior experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with pediatric or geriatric populations.
• Knowledge of billing and documentation procedures.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
