Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients, assisting them in developing, recovering, and improving the skills needed for daily living and working.
• Conduct assessments to determine patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license and/or certification in the state of Vermont.
• Relevant experience in occupational therapy preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a similar healthcare setting.
• Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload.
• Excellent documentation skills.
